Pexar Christmas Lucky 7 Activity Terms and Conditions
1. Dates
1.1 Stage 1 (Sign Up & Win Gift Cards): Registration period runs from December 2 to December 25, 2025.
1.2 Prize Draw for Stage 1: Conducted after Jan 7, 2025.
1.3 Stage 2 (Shop & Win FREE Orders): Purchase period runs from December 26 to January 7, 2026.
2. Activity Details & Prizes
2.1 Stage 1: Sign Up & Win Gift Cards
2.1.1 How to Participate: Eligible participants must submit a valid email address via the official Pexar activity page.
2.1.2 Prize: 7 winners will be selected at random to receive a $100 gift card，and 70 winners will be selected to receive $50 gift card.
2.2 Stage 2: Shop & Win FREE Orders
2.2.1 How to Qualify:
2.2.1.1 Eligible participants must have completed Stage 1 registration with a valid email address.
2.2.1.2 Complete a purchase of any Pexar product(s) on the official Pexar website during the Stage 2 period.
2.2.1.3 Critical Requirement: The email address used for the purchase must match the one submitted during Stage 1 registration.
2.2.2 Winning Rule: Orders with serial numbers ending in "07" or "77" will be deemed winners and receive a full refund (equivalent to "FULLY FREE" for the order value).
2.2.3 Prize: Full refund of the eligible order amount (reflected via the original payment method within 15 business days of winning confirmation).
3. Eligibility
3.1 This activity is open exclusively to residents of the United States.
3.2 Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration/purchase.
3.3 For Stage 2, the purchase must be made through Pexar’s official website (https://www.pexar.com) – purchases from third-party retailers or unauthorized channels are not eligible.
3.4 For Stage 2, participants who cancel more than 3 orders during the Stage 2 period (December 26 to January 7, 2026) will be immediately disqualified from Stage 2 and cannot participate in the "FREE orders" prize program, regardless of order serial number eligibility.
3.5 One email address per participant is allowed for Stage 1; multiple sign-ups with the same or fake email addresses will be disqualified.
3.6 One winning order per participant in Stage 2 (multiple orders are allowed, but only one free order prize per individual).
4. Winner Notification & Announcement
4.1 Unified Notification Date: All winners (both Stage 1 and Stage 2) will be notified within 7 business days after the overall activity ends (i.e., by January 7, 2026).
4.2 Notification Channel: Winners will be contacted exclusively via the valid email address provided during Stage 1 registration (must match the purchase email for Stage 2 winners).
4.3 Non-winning participants will not be contacted.
5. Prize Redemption & Delivery
5.1 Stage 1 gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified.
5.2 Stage 2 refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of winning confirmation. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the order is eligible for free shipping.
5.3 Pexar is not responsible for lost or misdirected winner notifications due to incorrect or invalid email addresses provided by participants.
5.4 Unclaimed prizes (e.g., unresponded notifications within 7 business days) will be forfeited, and Pexar reserves the right to select alternate winners at random.
6. General Terms
6.1 Pexar reserves the right to disqualify participants found engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake sign-ups, duplicate orders, or manipulation of order serial numbers.
6.2 Pexar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the activity at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice on the official website.
6.3 Pexar’s decisions regarding all matters related to the activity (including winner selection, eligibility verification, and prize redemption) are final and binding.
6.4 Participants agree to allow Pexar to use their first name, last initial, and country for promotional and announcement purposes without additional compensation.
6.5 This activity is subject to applicable laws and regulations of the United States and Canada.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Pexar shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participant’s participation in the activity or use of the prize, except for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7.2 Pexar is not responsible for technical errors, system failures, or internet connectivity issues that may prevent participation or affect the outcome of the activity.
