Pexar's Warranty Policy

One-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All Pexar Co., Limited products are protected by a One-Year Warranty covering any manufacturing or hardware defects. This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and to limit warranty coverage to the country in which the original purchase was made.

This warranty applies to products purchased both from Pexar Co., Limited directly (including our official Amazon page) and those purchased from one of our Authorized Resellers. We are unable to offer warranty cover for second-hand purchases, including eBay.

If you encounter any issues with the hardware that are not resolved through troubleshooting or the resources available at our 24/7 Online Support Center, please Contact Our Support Team or email us at support@pexar.com, we would be happy to investigate this for you.

Filing a Warranty Request

The service request includes:

  • The email that you use with your Pexar digital picture frames account.
  • The order number or purchase invoice.
  • The frame's serial number — Optional (FAQ: Where is my frame's serial number?)
  • Video or photos of the issue — Optional.
  • Detailed description of the issue.

If we can't resolve the issue with troubleshooting, we'll happily guide you through the steps to file a warranty request and send back your defective frame. After we receive the faulty item, we will inspect its condition to determine whether it is covered under warranty, and if so, we will issue a refund or replace the frame.

All replacement frames will be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. If your frame needs to be replaced but the model is discontinued or unavailable, we'll offer you a similar or better model as a replacement. Your replacement frame will be under warranty for the remainder of your one-year warranty period.
