If you purchased your Pexar frame directly from pexar.com, it's covered by our 30-Day Worry-Free Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your Pexar digital frame for a full refund to your original payment method.

What You'll Need to Return a Frame

  • The frame was purchased from pexar.com or the official Pexar digital picture frames Amazon store.
  • A valid proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
  • If the frame was a gift, please provide the order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Before returning your frame, please Contact Our Support Team — we may be able to resolve the issue. If your return is due to a defect, we'll gladly replace the frame under our Warranty Policy.

Returning a Frame Purchased from pexar.com

To request a return within the 30-Day Worry-Free Guarantee period:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@pexar.com or open a service request through pexar.com/pages/contact.
  2. Troubleshooting (Optional): Our support team will check if a quick software update can solve your issue.
  3. Receive Label: Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions.
  4. After we receive your frame, we'll issue a full refund within 14 business days.

Returning a Frame Purchased from Pexar's Amazon Store

If you purchased your Pexar digital frame from our Amazon store, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.
  2. Find your Pexar frame order.
  3. Select "Return Product".

Amazon will provide a prepaid return label. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund.

If the frame was a gift, contact the person who purchased it to obtain the Amazon order number. For additional help, please reach out to Amazon Customer Service.

Returning a Frame Purchased from a Retailer

If you bought your frame from a retailer or third party (e.g. Target, Best Buy), Pexar cannot issue a refund directly. Please contact the original seller to learn about their return policy.

Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges when we suspect fraudulent activity or excessive return behavior.
