Shipping Policy

Pexar.com ships within the continental United States via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon Shipping, or other carriers at our discretion. 
International orders are shipped to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain through trusted local carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, La Poste, and other local providers at Pexar's discretion.

Pexar.com does not support shipments to hotels/temporary housing, APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam. Products sold on our US website are not available for international delivery. We also do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.

About Your Shipment

Please note: weekend and holiday delivery is not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is placed, the shipping information cannot be changed.
  • Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are determined by the subtotal of your order.
  • Shipping methods and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.
  • Shipping methods and accompanying charges also appear in your order confirmation email.
  • Once your order is passed on to the transportation carrier, Pexar is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier's operating conditions. Inclement weather and unforeseen delays may occur — we encourage you to place your order to allow adequate time for delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment on the ship-to address specified in your order details.

Order Confirmation Email

To ensure your order was successfully placed, please check your email account for the subject line: Order #PEXxxxx confirmed. From this email, you can check your order status by selecting the "View your order" button. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders.

Tracking

Once your order is ready to ship from our warehouse, you will receive another email with a link to your tracking number. The tracking number will be traceable once the carrier has scanned the package into their system — this may take up to 72 hours.
