Yes. You can send photos and videos to a Pexar digital picture frame from anywhere in the world. As long as both your smartphone and the frame have an active internet connection, the transfer will be seamless and instant.

To ensure the best display quality, Pexar supports the following file format:

  • Photos: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC.
  • Videos: MP4, 3GP.
  • Why are some files missing? If a file doesn't appear, it may be in an unsupported format or use a bitrate/codec that is not compatible with the frame’s hardware.

Personalizing your frame (e.g., "Kitchen Frame") makes it easier for family and friends to identify it.

  1. Open Settings on your frame.
  2. Go to My frame -> Frame name.
  3. Enter the new name and tap the checkmark.
  • Note: This change will sync instantly to the Frameo app for all connected friends.

You can choose how photos are displayed in the slideshow:

  • Sort by date received
  • Sort by date taken
  • Shuffle (random order)

  • Pro Tip: If the app shows "Offline" after the change, simply unplug the frame for 10 seconds to refresh the connection.

When you contact our Customer Support team for help, you may be asked to provide the frame's unique serial number which starts with letters-SN, followed by 18 letters and numbers (e.g. SN:110Pxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) You can find it on the back of the digital photo frame, look near the power input port—there is a barcode label, and the serial numberis printed there.
