What can frame members see and do on my Pexar App frame?
When loved ones join your frame, they become part of the same family album — so it helps to know exactly what each member can see and do once they're in.
As long as they use the Pexar app, every invited member has full visibility within the frame. From their own phone, they can:
- View all photos and videos uploaded to the frame, including those shared by other members.
- Invite more friends and family to join and contribute to the frame.
- Manage all photos and videos on the frame — but only if the Family Organizer has granted them the Manage all photos permission.
Actions That Affect Other Frame Members
Some actions reach beyond your own view and change the frame for everyone.
Note: If you have multiple frames, make sure you're on the correct one first. Removals permanently delete the member and their photos.
- Deleting a photo or video: The content is permanently removed from both the frame and the app. Members — including the person who originally uploaded it — won't receive a notification, but they may notice the content has disappeared from their app.
- Removing a frame member: The removed member receives a notification that they've been removed, and the frame disappears from their Pexar app. Other members aren't notified, but they may notice that person is no longer listed in the app's Members section.
