¿Por qué faltan mis fotos cargadas?

If you've uploaded photos via the Pexar App but they aren't appearing in your frame's gallery or slideshow, please follow these steps to locate them.

1. Check if the Photos are "Hidden"

Sometimes, photos are successfully uploaded but marked as hidden in the library.

  • How to fix: On your frame, navigate to Settings → Manage Photos → Show/Hide Photos.
  • Browse through the list and ensure the missing photos are toggled to "Show." Hidden photos will not appear in the active slideshow or the main gallery view.

2. Allow Time for High-Resolution Syncing

If you are uploading high-resolution images or a large batch of photos at once:

  • Network Latency: Depending on your Wi-Fi speed, it may take a few minutes for the Pexar Cloud to process and sync the files to your hardware.
  • Stability: Ensure your frame has a stable Wi-Fi connection. If the connection is weak, the download process may pause or slow down.

3. Verify the Upload Status in the App

Check your smartphone to ensure the transfer was completed:

  • Open the Frameo App and check the activity or upload queue.
  • If the app shows "Uploading..." or "Pending," stay connected to Wi-Fi until the process reaches 100%.

4. Refresh the Gallery

  • Pro Tip: Simply exit to the home screen and re-enter the gallery, or give the frame a quick restart (unplug and plug back in) to force a fresh sync with the cloud.
