Software & App Guides
Pexar frames run on one of two apps. Please check which app your model uses before you download, they are not interchangeable.
Pexar App — for the VivKeep Pro 11"
Our own app, built in-house. Send photos, Live Photos and videos straight from your phone, with no subscription and no cloud storage.
Download the App:
- Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Search for "Pexar" and download the app.
Frameo App — for the Starlight 15.6", 2K 11", Terra 10.1" and 10.1"
These four models are powered by the Frameo App, so the software interface is identical across all of them. If you need help navigating the app features, please refer to the guides below:

Can't find your manual?
If you aren't sure which model you have, you can check the label on the back of your frame.
The VivKeep Pro 11" and the Pexar 2K 11" share the same hardware, so they look identical from the outside. The quickest way to tell them apart is to look at the screen: if your frame runs the Pexar, you have the VivKeep Pro 11". If it runs Frameo, you have the Pexar 2K 11".
