How can I send more than 10 photos at the same time?

If you wish to transfer a large collection of photos simultaneously, you can import them via an SD card, USB-A Drive or a USB cable.

Import photos from an SD Card / USB-A Drive

  1. Open the Settings on your frame.
  2. Select the "Manage photos" menu.
  3. Press "Import photos".
  4. Tap to select the photos you want to import. (Note: Use the square icon in the top right corner to select or de-select all photos at once.)
  5. Once selected, press the "Import" icon (downward pointing arrow) in the top right corner.
  6. The frame will begin importing the photos into its internal storage.

Transfer via USB-C cable (Windows / Linux only)

  1. Connect your frame to your computer with a USB-C cable.
  2. On your frame, go to Settings → Manage photos → Transfer from computer.
  3. Toggle the feature ON. Your computer will detect the frame as an external drive.
  4. Open your File Explorer, locate the Pexar digital picture frame, and copy photos into the DCIM folder.
  • Note: Avoid disconnecting the cable until the transfer is 100% complete.
