¿Por qué no se reconoce la tarjeta SD/unidad USB-A?

If your SD card or USB-A drive isn't detected by the frame, it's usually related to format compatibility, connection issues, or file loading time. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check File System Format

  • Ensure your SD card or USB drive is formatted as FAT32 or exFAT.
  • On your computer: Right-click the storage device → Select Properties → Check the file system.
  • If needed (please back up your data first), reformat the device to FAT32 or exFAT.

2. Check Connection & Compatibility

  • For SD cards: Make sure the write-protection switch (on the side of the card) is not locked.
  • For USB drives: Only USB-A flash drives are currently supported.
  • USB-C flash drives are not supported at this time.

3. Cross-Test the Device

  • Insert the SD card or USB drive into a computer to confirm it can be read normally.
  • Try using another known working SD card or USB drive with the frame to see if it gets recognized.

4. Allow Time for File Scanning

  • If your storage device contains many files, the frame may take longer to scan and load them.
  • Please wait a few minutes to see if the device is recognized.

USB-C Connection to PC (Windows / Linux) Not Recognized?

If your frame is not detected when connected to a computer via USB-C cable, follow these steps:

Check Frame Settings

  • On the frame, go to: Settings → Photo Management → Transfer via Computer
  • Make sure this option is enabled.

Check USB Port Connection

  • Ensure you are using the USB-C port on the frame when connecting to your computer.
  • Confirm the cable is properly connected and supports data transfer (not just charging).
