Cancelling or Changing Your Pexar Frame Order

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted on pexar.com, our fulfillment team begins processing it almost immediately to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to cancel your order, please Contact Our Support Team or email us at support@pexar.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation Window: We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipment (typically within the first 30 minutes of purchase).
  • After Processing: If your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may return the frame for a refund within 30 days of purchase by following Pexar's Return Policy.

Can I exchange my frame?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To switch to a different Pexar model or color, the most efficient process is:

  1. Return your original, unused frame for a full refund according to our Return Policy.
  2. Place a new order for the preferred frame at your convenience.

This ensures you receive your new frame quickly without waiting for the return processing time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. For your security and to prevent fraud, we cannot manually modify a shipping address once an order is submitted.

If you need to correct your address, please Contact Our Support Team or email us at support@pexar.com immediately to request a cancellation. Please note that once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
